structures of the amino acids needs to be double checked

I certainly think that this is a really great idea for an application. However, as a biochemistry/biophysics grad student, I am very bothered by the fact that the backbones of your amino acids are in cis conformations, instead of trans!
I really hope you will fix this as it is incorrect. Thanks! Looking forward to new updates in the future!
